Qualifying your window contractor can be difficult - they will all tell you they have trained staff... will do a good job... and stand behind their work... so how can you be sure? What if they're no longer in business when you have a problem?
A Window Wise Contractor is one who:
- has been in business a minimum of three years
- has a good reputation and financial stability
- adheres to the SAWDAC* code of ethics
- offers a minimum 5 year workmanship guarantee
- carries a minimum of one million dollars in liability insurance
- one whose tradesmen have successfully completed our mandatory installation training program and are certified by Window Wise
What makes a Window Wise Installation ?

Window Wise trains and certifies installers in proper installation techniques to ensure your windows work properly and offer energy saving benefits for years to come. A Window Wise installation specifies over 25 criteria for a quality, energy-efficient installation. On every Window Wise installation, there must be at least one certified and experienced installer.
